Job Description:
  • Answering client inquiries before and after the deal, as well as giving a demonstration of the process to ensure that it meets each client’s requirements.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and daily reach targets within the working hours
  • Promote and market sale services using social media platforms
  • Identify new sales possibilities and inform the team leader about them
  • Analyze sales trends and new sales techniques to expand the volume of sales
  • Reach clients via social media and engage with them daily
  • Provide detailed information on services, quotations, prices, and time of delivery to clients
  • Dealing with day-to-day client issues and meeting their needs (new and current clients)
  • Following up with new clients to improve revenue
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as effective negotiation strategies
  • Superior time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Follow the sales techniques as per guided by the team lead

Job Description:
  • Contact individuals by given phone directory to promote products and services.
  • Respond efficiently and promptly to customers through chat, call, and email.
  • Request orders from customers.
  • Ensure that clients feel supported and valued during the call
  • Understand the customer needs and requirements.
  • Generate a targeted list of qualified leads.
