Before Project Start
Refunds may be issued if the project has not yet started.
After Work Begins
Once initial concepts or work have been delivered, refunds are generally not available.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered depending on the amount of work completed.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are typically non-refundable once started:
- Logo design after concept delivery
- Website development once work has begun
- Custom digital services
- Digital marketing campaigns already launched
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project by submitting a written request via email. Any completed work will be billed accordingly.
